About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent stream of engaging and informative content across multiple platforms
Write, edit, and publish a variety of content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and more
Conduct market research and analysis to inform content strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive and effective content efforts
Assist with the management of the company's social media presence, including content creation and posting
Participate in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a strong interest in bees and the environment
Strong storytelling, editing, and social media experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Previous experience in content management and a strong understanding of content marketing principles is a plus
