About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
Help manage the company's social media presence, including content creation and posting
Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
Participate in the creation and design of marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a strong interest in bees and the environment
Strong marketing and analytics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Previous experience in marketing coordination and a strong understanding of marketing principles is a plus
