About the Role

Day-to day you will:
- Assist with the management of customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research and analysis to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Help with the development of customer success strategies and processes
- Collaborate with the team to support the company's growth and success
- Attend and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:
Must have a strong interest in bees and the environment

Excellent customer service skills, including experience with analytics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and project management skills

BEEnevolent, a start up based in Savannah, GA is the beekeeper’s best friend. We equip beekeepers with customized analytics, diagnostic, and remote monitoring tools to capture honey bee colony health data to provide diagnosis and treatment advice. It is our mission to stop the plight of the honey bee. We improve honey bee health through our innovative agricultural and environmental mechanisms.
